The event, which is being held at the initiative of the Presidential Communication Department and the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, was attended by Deputy Minister Batuhan Mumcu, Ambassador to Washington Hassan Murat Murjan, Consul General in Los Angeles Sinan Kozum and Director General of Cinema at the Ministry Erkin Yilmaz.
According to Anatolia, Momcu stressed in a speech during the event, the importance of Turkish drama and cinema and their place at the global level.
The event was also attended by prominent Turkish actors and stars such as actor Engin Altan Doziatan, who portrayed the character of “Ertugrul” in the series “Ertugrul Resurrection”, and actresses Meryem Ozarli, Ebro Sahin and Fadik Atasoy.
