According to witnesses who confirmed to Al-Taghir that the remnants of the battle circulating on social networking sites occurred in the Khartoum Balil neighborhood, east of the Nyala Specialty Hospital.

Fierce battles took place between the Sudanese army, the 16th Division, and the Rapid Support Forces, which, after many attempts, were able to topple the city on the 26th.

The Rapid Support Forces announced today that they had taken full control of the 16th Infantry Division of Nyala in South Darfur state in western Sudan.

According to a statement published by the Rapid Support on the X platform, it said it killed more than two thousand soldiers, destroyed huge military vehicles, and seized all military equipment.
